...and put the ribs over the rivets...
... and hit with the rivet gun from the back on the rivet - hence the name. The steel plate underneath is important ;-)
Here is the result ready for inspection... I expect 5 hours work until they are finished.

 

Update: It was only 3 hours work, and could have been bone in 2 hours if I hadn'd fussed around with proseal on one of them. The result without proseal is as good as it gets. And much cleaner too. The flaps are also done without proseal.
