place. Next steps are disassembling, deburring, priming, dimpling. |

As you can see from the color change, the parts have been primed and now
the riveting process has begun.A lot of big rivets that must be set in
sometime difficult positions. |

Between the big bulkhead on the table (where the wings are attached
later) and the upper bulkhead is the space where the back seat
passengers have their legs, and the ribs on top form the rear seats. |

The whole process to rivet the bottom skin took totaled 8 hours - with
2.5 helper hours (Max 1.5h and Eva 1h).
From the time where this picture was made until finish it still took
3 hours. Drilling out bad rivets is a time consuming process - so you
better set them correctly the first time! |
